Would it be at a set percentage off each worker, meaning, for example, something to the effect of taking 10% of the remaining debt off of each worker, so roughly 10 days of steady work off a debtor with 100 days to go, 3 days off another with only 30 left, and so on. Another option would be to take the same amount of work off the shoulders of everyone, so those same example debtors would be receiving the same amount of reprieve despite differing amounts of debt.

She's flexible with options, so if there's any particular method he'd prefer, she can use that to pen the appropriate contracts.
