I skimmed through the FAQ and such; so i apologize if this has already been answered or if its super obvious...which i think it kinda is.

I was looking to app someone from Sailor Moon. . I understand they loose everything in their possession and get clothes ect and such but still keep their powers/abilities...
Since Sailor moon cast is more dependent on their "Power sticks" to access their powers would she still have to earn that back even though she wouldn't have access to her powers otherwise? If so its fine! I don't mind just curious.
