Sorry if I'm being confusing! Rika is quite weird about her name.
The idea is that Rika-- as a world traveler-- feels that her combination of memories are no longer "Furude Rika." In the novel, Rika describes the process of giving Furude Rika new memories as "killing her." She views the collection of memories as different from the untainted Rika, which is why she thinks of herself as a different person ("Frederica Bernkastel".) One of her Frederica Bernkastel cards claimed that Frederica Bernkastel was not Furude Rika, which was a product of this thought process. It's in the epilogue, Rei, that Rika realizes she is not a different person and discards the alias "Bernkastel."
I am not arguing that the name Furude Rika needs to be taken away-- She will use the witch assigned name when introducing herself to others, sign papers with it, etc. -- but if Hana replaces Rika then she won't internally think of herself as Hana. She'll think of herself as the world traveling witch who replaces/"kills" Hana. I am wondering if she is allowed to continue thinking of herself as a different person and what to call that, or if I should omit that quirk of hers in the game.
