Quick question regarding language, and please forgive me if it's been answered already, I couldn't find it myself but I'm prone to missing things when a lot of text is involved: The character I was thinking of apping canonically only speaks Japanese (all of the games he's in are subtitled in English so there's an English voice to draw from). Is it possible the Witch could give him the ability to speak English as a way of making work possible/easier for him? Or is language sort of universally handwaved/understood in the spirit world?

I'm not fluent in Japanese so I'd be typing in the aforementioned English voice anyway but I guess what I'm asking (clumsily) is what would the language barrier look like and would the Witch add the "gift" of English language to his debt?
