Heyo! I have a quick question. I might have misunderstood or missed it. ^^;;

If a character wished for something that would affect their personality a little (In this case, it's to get rid of a phobia), would they need to work off their debt first before receiving the wish? Or would they get their wish and need to stay to pay off their debt?
