Hi there! Another name-related question, sorry for the trouble. I understand that characters lose their name(s) and forget the name(s) of any canonmates in game as well, and that (based on a previously answered question) characters can forget a title that they were commonly called if it had gotten to the point that it was heavily associated with their own identity.
How does it work when other characters use a title to refer to someone else, though?
Gokudera calls Tsuna (currently in game) "Tenth" almost exclusively, since Tsuna is the Tenth boss of the Vongola family. Am I correct in thinking that upon seeing Tsuna for the first time, Gokudera would forget that Tsuna was "Tenth" (in addition to forgetting his usual full name/nickname), since it's a marked usage of the term and basically functions as Tsuna's name for Gokudera? If he forgets that, would he still be able to call him "boss," (in the context, "Hi, Boss!" not "[Tsuna] is my boss") or would that be too close to a name as well?
