I do everything at the wrong time and during, I always seem to think it's a GREAT!!! IDEA!!! I'M AMAZING!!!

It's okay!! Jill's 5'5"ish and described as "tiny and compact" sob but she can take down armies, herself. Just how it goes, looking for logic in it will only destroy ye.

BUT BOY OH BOY, she's the one to go to for strategy (Chris, maybe??? Well, not so much...), particularly for the Tiny Lady (Not Bara) sort. And if you want to learn how to dispose of bombs or pick locks in the process, well. Perks.
